prepublish.io is a decision support tool for football content creators. It provides feedback on thumbnails and titles to help you make better packaging decisions before you publish. It is not a guarantee of performance and does not promise any specific outcome for your content.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use prepublish.io for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes copyright or contains illegal material
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the service
• Use automated tools to make excessive API calls
• Misrepresent your identity or channel

You retain ownership of any thumbnails or titles you submit for review. By submitting content you grant prepublish.io a temporary licence to process that content for the purpose of generating your review. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The scores, verdicts, and suggestions provided by prepublish.io are advisory only. We make no guarantee that following our feedback will improve your content performance. You are responsible for your own publishing decisions.

Creator Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Pricing may change over time. We will give reasonable notice of any price changes to existing subscribers.

We aim to keep prepublish.io available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or service interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law ACLARO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of prepublish.io.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of prepublish.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
